Absolutely. We handle Xero conversions, ongoing reconciliations, and reporting for clients who prefer Xero or whose accountant requires it. Migrations between QuickBooks and Xero are a routine engagement for us.

How does onboarding work?

Yes — catch-up and cleanup work is one of our specialties. After a short diagnostic we deliver a fixed quote covering the entire backlog, the target software setup, and the date your books will be current and ready for tax filing.

We provide payroll support and integrate with leading providers including Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, and Rippling. We are not a payroll processor of record, but we manage the bookkeeping side so payroll posts cleanly into your books each cycle.

What happens if I miss a payment?

A $50 late fee applies to overdue invoices and a 5–7 day grace period is provided before service interruption. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension under our 'No Payment = No Work' policy. We always reach out before any pause.
