Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of bookkeeping, accounting, consulting, setup, organizational, administrative, and financial services rendered by Ross & Associates Bookkeeping & Accounting, no refunds shall be issued once services, setup work, onboarding, consultations, accounting work, bookkeeping work, or related business services have begun or been delivered.
Binding Engagement
Once a contract or service agreement has been signed and approved, the agreement is considered binding and active. Payments made toward monthly subscriptions, catch-up engagements, setup fees, consultations, or any project-based work are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time with written notice in accordance with the engagement letter. Cancellation halts future billing cycles but does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid for completed or in-progress work.
Disputes
Clients with billing concerns are encouraged to contact the firm directly to resolve any matter prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks for services rendered may be contested with documentation of the signed engagement letter and completed deliverables.
